Tournament: JCCCs National Junior Division Debate Tournament | Round: 2 | Opponent: MoState HH | Judge: Allie Chase
This years resolution comes from the wrong point of stasis- assuming a restriction on the presidents authority to conduct war never question why the state has that power to begin with or why the state is even here. This is problematic because. War and Genocide are made possible by the surrender of self to the state. Without control individuals can find their own agency and deprive the state of its ability to make corpses of others.

The problem of the .......... brings self-affirmation and safety.
The state will only continue to increase those imprisoned. The more the state can imprison the more it will imprison.

In 1996, a New York investment ……….. system will work to perpetuate crime.
The prison system is merely a means for the United States to continue its racist slavery policies of the past

What does the prison-industrial ………. describe and understand this system?
No single form of domination is the root cause of the others — only using anarchy to attack hierarchy, the precondition of every form of domination, can solve
Olson 9 (Joel, Assoc. Professor of Politics at Northern Arizona University, “The Problem with Infoshops and Insurrection,” Contemporary Anarchist Studies: An Introductory Anthology of Anarchy in the Academy, ed. Amster et. al., Routledge, pp. 36-37)
The intellectual framework ………. after capitalism (or patriarchy, or colonialism) is destroyed.
Thus Stebbins and I advocate that USFG should cease to exist by invoking a revolution that adopts an contemporary anarchist philosophy. This will rid us of the state and gives us a foothold to begin ridding the society of all forms of hierarchy that are the precondition of all oppression.
For the Aforementioned reasons Stebbins and I firmly believe that the state is an illusion and that is screwed up and the resolution is equally screwed because it tries to make us be the state and /or advocate for the state which cedes our political. We believe Anarchism is the answer to the problem of the state specifically because Anarchism is the only philosophy which maintains that the State is non-existent, that its promises can only be fulfilled through subordination

Anarchism is the only philosophy …………. social instincts, the individual and society.
Simulations that require us to act as the State (the USFG) cede our agency, This is one of many the ways the state sustains the illusion of power.

As an alternative to the collaborative/ ………. leaves the actual political space of the state unchallenged.
The traditional framework of policy debate works to create a new generation of Neo-Cons. Assuming the USFG, never asking the questions that need to be asked by deeming these positions as "worthless" or "uneducational” turning the activity into a neocon producing machine.
Spanos 4 (William, in Joe Millers’ Book Cross-ex pg. 467)
Dear Joe Miller, Yes, the statement about ……….. and his neocon policy makers is leading.
The ultimate goal of anarchism is a world without coercive hierarchies and the abolition of the interlocking set of systems within the state.

The goal is the destination. It is the …………… goal of liberation from the state.
Anarchy would instantly cause a mindset shift- people would realize that they are free and would not want government anymore

Perhaps this common language can ………. build things with them. The End
Struggles for liberation will likely become an armed struggles. With enough bold, empowering resistance, we will achieve a lasting victory against the state. Revolution, however, is imperative, and revolution necessitates struggle

Because of the nature of ………… communicate, and, above all, learn by doing.
Traditional notions of leadership are hierarchal and coercive. Power needs to be constantly redistributed outwards. With these types of structures and culture, a liberation movement has a better chance of success.

There is also the question of leadership …………. is unrealistic and self- defeating.
We must fight and revolt to bring about the social revolution we demand. Every revolt, even ones that fail, have value.
